The Details

Festival kicks off on Sunday around 4pm and ends Wednesday around 2pm.

You book your own round-trip flight, which means you’re more than welcome to arrive before the festival or extend your trip but don’t forget— the registration fee only covers your stay from Sunday to Wednesday.

It’s recommended that you are fluent in English so that you can enjoy all the festival has to offer.

  1. $300 Festival package with one single bed in a 3-person room
  2. $300 Festival fee with NO accommodation ( includes all festival activities and lunch only)
  3. $350 Festival package with one single bed in a 2-person room
  4. $1,242 Festival package with a single room

  • Flights are not included in the registration fee BUT we have discounted flight offers that you can choose from once you register!
  • Whether you book your own round-trip flight or choose one of our flight options, you’re more than welcome to arrive before the festival or extend your trip.

Festival schedule

The schedule will be released at the end of March of 2020. Once released attendees will be able to sign up for workshops and activities on the Festival app. We will send all registrants the app link once available

Festival Information

  1. Airport transfer from Ben Gurion Airport between on Sunday, August 2nd And to Ben Gurion Airport on Wednesday August 5th after 2PM
  2. 3 nights at a hotel* in Tel Aviv
  3. 2 meals per day. Breakfast and lunch ( Kosher)
  4. All festival activities

  1. Go to https://festival.birthrightisrael.com/ and click register now
  2. You first need to identify as a Birthright Israel alumni
  3. Having trouble remembering your credentials? No worries, send us an email to festival@taglitbri.com and we will help you retrieve your information
  4. Once you are identified, you will receive access to the registration form
  5. Pay your fee based on your package choice and you are done
  6. You will receive our confirmation email

Don’t miss out, save your spot now!

  1. To reserve your spot, you need to pay the registration fee based on your room type preference
  2. The registration fee including the room cost is refundable up to 35 days prior to the festival start date, after which it is non-refundable
  3. If you want to cancel your arrival for any reason, all you need to do is send a cancellation request via email to dariana.osnato@eshetincoming.com by June 28th and your registration fee will be refunded within 72 hours
  4. If you order a flight through Taglit Birthright Israel when you register, your flight cost will also be refunded up to 35 days prior to the festival start date once you send a registration cancellation request
  5. If you order a flight on your own, we urge you to the check cancellation policy directly with the airline
  6. A 3% processing fee on your order will apply and is non-refundable

Birthright Israel alumni from around the world

The app will let you sign up for workshops and activities and keep you updated on any information you need to know. We’ll send out the download link after the registration ends (end of March).

If you want to use your phone while in Israel there are a couple of options.

  1. You can contact your service provider and opt-in for international service
  2. You can pick up a SIM card at the airport


We recommend you have a phone that can at least connect to the hotel wifi so that you can use the Festival app and get notified throughout the event.

In the registration form you can choose if you need the transfer. The transfer options will be available on Sunday, Aug 02 and on Wednesday, Aug 05

No, you can choose the NON-accomodation package and book yourself another place to stay.

The festival fee without accommodation is  $300 and includes all festival activities and lunch only

At this point the festival is only available to alumni

Israeli Alumni will be able to come to the evening events, we’ll open the registration to the evening events about 2 months before the festival

 

  1. You have an option in the registration form to ask to room with your friends
  2. If you are traveling on your own, we will book your roommates for your
  3. Roommates will be of the same gender
